Galaxy tab calling volume too low during Facebook calls

Hi everyone,
I am experiencing some problems with my new galaxy tab a 10.1 with Android 6.0.1.
Whenever I do Facebook, 8x8 or skype calls, the system selects automatically call volume even if there is no "phone speaker" just loud speakers! In this way the volume is really low even when cranked up to the max.

Any idea on how to convince the system to switch to media volume when calling?

While in call, go into the system settings > sounds > volume. Adjust the volume accordingly and see if that helps. I see reports online of similar issues and going into the above setting to adjust the volume has seemed to work.

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried plugging in a phone headset?
