Galaxy Tab S email program question

I'm curious why my email program reports that there are more emails that it won't display, usually about 25

I've tried to download more emails. The additional emails only show up on 1 of 3 addresses that I'm currently using.

Any ideas other than deleting the account and re-installing it which will wipe out any data I have already saved?
