I'm gonna bump this thread a bit. So I've used this feature since I had my Galaxy Watch some years back. Eventually after getting the Watch 4 early this month i saw that it works as well so nice work Samsung. Recently I've been seeing this feature as a bit of hit and miss. I was ready to have my watch brought to a service center because I'm thinking faulty sensors when I realized i had a tempered glass protector on and maybe that was causing some issues on this feature. I have a no name brand 3pack tempered glass so maybe the quality isn't that good. I removed it first and just as i thought, the palm to turn off screen is working perfectly again. So anyone using a tempered glass have this hit and miss issue as well?
No issues at all with my tempered glass protector. Palm turns off every time.
Is it a Watch 4 Classic or Watch 4? And where did you get your protector? Thanks
Thanks much. I wonder if my having the Classic has anything to do with the issue i encountered? So far after removing the protector it's still working as it should.Watch 4 LTE and I got the protector from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6986729
Did samsung remove this feature in the galaxy watch4 classic?
