Gallary App... "Please Wait..." take forever!

Anyone else seeing this?
When the gallery opens via a request from another App, It says "Please wait..." and takes FOREVER for the gallery to load...

Annoying.

In application....all running...stop media services. Delete data. Restart service. Reboot. Wait a while before messing with gallery. That will give it time to rebuild catalog

Sounds like catalogs corrupted likely by a app you installed at some point

Sounds hopeful, but I don't have a 'media services' app/service running (Nor is it listed in 'ALL')
I have reset the Gallery App to no avail.
