Hello,
I'm using a 2017 Galaxy On5. I got a "gallery stopped" message a couple of times while taking pictures. I tried to restart and the phone never came back on. I tried a hard/forced restart using power button and down-volume, but I just get the Galaxy screen followed by a black screen. When I plug it into the charger and perform the same operation, I get the battery with lightning bolt logo ... logo shows just gray battery (i.e. no green indicating charge percentage). I tried another battery with known full charge, but I still get nothing. Now I'm stuck. I tried to enter recovery mode using power/up-button/home button for maybe 20-30 seconds, but nothing happened. Any ideas?
I DON'T SEE A REPLY BUTTON. I WANT TO ANSWER BUT CAN"T. HA HA! I NEED HELP JUST TO GET HELP (never mind ... see below ).
