GApps Causing Crashes?

Hi,
I've been trying to install the "stock" version of GApps as pointed to by the CM Wiki site. However, upon flashing through TWRP, the launcher won't open, saying that the "Setup" has failed, although I've already set up CM.
I've been waiting a bit to go back to CM because I was waiting for a fairly stable CM13, I'm excited to get back on board :)
Thanks

Sorry, I figured it out...

I started with a nearly-full wipe: I wiped System, Data, Cache, and Dalvik. I then flashed CM13. Instead of rebooting into System, I went back and flashed GApps. I then rebooted into System, and it took me through the regular Wi-Fi setup, but instead of going through send stuff to Cyanogen it took me through the Google setup - the one I would take as if I was running my stock Shamu.

It seems that GApps wanted to be set up during the initial setup of the System. This would explain why I was having issues before, when I flashed GApps after I set up my phone. This is different than how it was on CM12.1, so that's why I was confused.

Glad you got moving forward, sorry for the delay in a response, I am still catching up from the holiday.
