Gcm android id

[Android Central Question]

I don't know anything about gcm however on my gcm diagnostic it shows two stored connections which it connects to which the id states optusx and josh....my ex boyfriend name and his phone is Optus X. Mine is different carrier an phone altogether. Am I being spyed/hacking my messages by him or am I way off as to why it's occurring and connecting to these two ID's.
