Gear 2 Neo paired with Note 4, S voice will time out connection failed tried everything, what should I do?

Gear 2 Neo paired with Note 4, S voice will time out connection failed tried everything

Visit Samsung tech at Best Buy and they backup phone to micro card but instead of unmounting the card they pull it out, needless to say the card is now corrupted and the phone was reset and software re-install, gear 2 neo was reset. Left Best Buy with a reset phone no S voice connection between Gear 2 and note 4 and all my pictures and contacts lost after 3 hours with them. The issue is my gear 2 neo S voice will not work with Note 4. Thanks

Anytime I have this issue, a power off/on of the watch restores connection.
