Gear 2 not installing any apps... any ideas?

I have the Gear 2 with a Note 3 that is rooted and on Jedi Elite Rom, and I can't get the tizen apps to install on my gear 2.

I tried using the download link in a thread below this that offered it as a fix, but that didn't work either.

As an example, when i try to download the neon clock face from the samsung apps store that is specifically for the gear 2, i get an error that says "Installation failed. Try later. (WO:WO:FAILED)

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Same problem for me on Note 2 DN3 4.4.2 ROM. I try to reinstall latest version of samung app store from there Samsung Apps

But the problem persists

Hi I am having the same issue with my Galaxy s4 active, I was wondering what putting it in safe mode does?

that didn't do anything other than launch the phone in safe mode, how do I correct the app issue?

Having the same issue on my GS4 running hyperdrive rls 18.1 with my gear 2. Any way to install?

i had same problem.
My phone used Estonian language. I changed it to English(UK) and restarted phone and gear.
After restart i was able to install stuff to gear.
