Gear manager missing Purchased option

Today I have several menu options missing under Samsung Apps in Gear Manager, 1 of them being Purchased

It makes me think that I'm not signed in but I don't know where to go to do that

In Samsung Apps,Settings>Account.
In your phone settings, are you signed into Samsung account? (Settings>accounts>Samsung account)
 
Yup. And without me having done anything, it is working again. I had tried it about 6 to 8 times this morning and it didn't work

I'm back to having the same issue. I can sign into settings> account, but not the initial sign in. I can't see the purchased either. It worked a couple days ago.
