This keeps happening, freezing my note 8 & generally stuffing around..... surprise surprise since Oreo and a new Gear update. Done reboot, reset Gear S3, uninstalled/re-installed Gear app all to no avail. Anyone else having similar probs?

No issues running Oreo on a Oneplus the gear app did update recently, uninstall and try again

no problems here between note 8 and gear

No problems here with AT&T Note 8 running Oreo and Bluetooth Gear S3 with latest code.

Did you make sure your gear permissions are all enabled. Maybe the update turned some off?
