Nancy, if you got that email from prizelogic, and if fedex shows records of its delivery, then I would do the following, be sure it was delivered first! The watch has to be triggered by your carrier to track it down since you never laid eyes or hands on it therefore never registered it or paired it to your cellular handheld phone or to your wireless account. Have you checked with fedex? If it was stolen, then a police report should be filed. They will want some kind of proof that you actually lost the phone through theft so get all you can from fedex showing all the info, also emails from prizelogic showing they sent it and what it was they sent out, and any further proof you can provide to the police. Like I said, be SURE it was delivered before filing a police report for a theft.

Hi George! Yes, FedEx states it was delivered and has opened an investigation into the matter--package not found (of course). I finally was able to get a hold of someone at Prizelogic who opened a "ticket" into the matter. I'm to send in a signed & notarized affidavit stating that I did not receive the product as well as a copy of the police report (I've already filed one). Then they'll send the documents I send in to Samsung review. This was the last sentence from their communication, which I'm not sure how to interpret: "Once the package has been returned back to us, we will send out another promotional gift with the correct information for delivery."

I've put in a message to Ingram Micro to see if they can provide me with the IMEI number or other identifying number for the watch. It would seem to me that they would be able to track it down using the FedEx tracking number associated with the package...

I've also contacted Verizon, but they were unable to help me with the whole situation. Frustrated that Verizon/Samsung/PrizeLogic/IngramMicro would send out something valued at $350 without a signature requirement...
 
Got the VR just now with no fedex Mgr notice. Submitted 3/10 for s2 approved 3/12. Liars.

I have no clue what's going on with PrizeLogic. It's so frustrating. I wonder if they respond to BBB claims.

I've been through the worry state too, and found out they are not associated with the BBB. There's a lot of info on the company on a million websites, both good and bad. There is a substantial waiting period due to the massive amount of orders they are filling for these gifts. I filed for my gift on March 12th and received my gear s2 yesterday. That's just past six weeks I waited for mine. If you haven't already emailed them or called them, try doing so. Calling you will be in their system. Call back a week later and they will ask if you have called before, and then they will research your info. I was very polite on the phone by the way... and I had my gear s2 in just a few days after that. It was shipped right after I called. Give that a try and you may get yours a lot faster too. :)

I'm saying not everyone is ending up with the s2 by calling. Many times over it has been said that prize logic is now only sending out vr units due to stock.
 
Ok so good the process has started, so now it's up to them to track down where that package went to. It's not up to you to try tracking the watch, it's done by triangulation using multiple cell towers and WiFi locations (among other ways) but that's not your problem now. By package returned to them they might have ment paperwork or info from police etc. Just be cooperative with them and hopefully you'll have a new one shipped before too long. I pitty the fool that has the original one on their wrist, it can be tracked even if it's not activated with any carrier. I'd love to see that bust! ;)

Your with verizon I think? Try calling back prize logic tell them you asked for the watch and your a Verizon customer. Get their name and write everything down. Be polite and it may make a big difference in how that rep handles your request to correct their error. The reps are not management, they just answer calls and tell you what their boss tells them to tell you. I'm guessing you get the right rep like I did, you'll get your watch. And, yes, they DO have more gear S2's there and they are still sending them out to Verizon customers.

Also, I talk with friends that still work for Verizon and they are aware also. I told them this is not good PR and it's not going to look attractive to any new customer in the market for a new cell phone to read or hear about a bait and switch tactic weather real or not. They agreed with me, one said he is looking into it.

I've got a friend too at Verizon. I'm gonna see what he thinks as well. At least it's something!
 
I just don't understand how this got so jacked up in the first place. I've never dealt with something so unprofessional. I hope they offer those of us who got the bait and switch some type of remedy.
 
it's indeed getting ridiculous. Mine hasn't changed from 'shipping pending' for the past 7 weeks.....

Same here. I claimed on 3/13, Approved couple days later, Estimate Shipping date: 5/8. And now
Estimate Shipping Date: Pending. Plus PL won't reply email like 3-5 days after I sent one.
 
Expected 2 S2. Got shipping label for one box with 2.6lb.
Is that really the S2 or are we getting VR?
Anyone with same weights before?

I have not gotten conformation emails either but I did email PL and ask if they could change to the s2 and they sent me a confermation email statinf they were able to change my prize to the s2 watch.....

Officially got my gear V2 today smfh....Calling Prizelogic now...I'm also recording the call so we'll see what they say. Currently caller #35...joy
 
I don't think they like the Comcast/Verizon order code. I'm talking to them now and showing it was an online order.
