So i went shopping for prepaid cdma carriers. I went to page plus cellular and got set up with them to try it on a pay as you go for $12 ($14.57 with fees). got number and everything only 3g service on that plan though but figured i would test it out.

The watch only supports 3G anyway so that should be as good as what you'd get from Verizon.

Maybe if we all bombard Verizon with calls they'll get pissed they're having to deal with PrizeLogic's mess and start putting pressure on them and Samsung to fix it... After all, you can go into a Verizon store and walk away with a watch right now, so doesn't make sense we should have to be waiting so long, definitely not longer than the originally promised 4-8 weeks.

I've giving up hope. They are so screwed up at prize logic who knows when we will actually receive our watches. Next email I'll get will push it out to Sept. By that time it will be long forgotten.

If you can avoid activating it like some are saying, I'm curious on how long that will last. It was my understanding you had to activate it. Like I said, it comes with a phone number already.

Mine just shows the last 4 digits of a phone number, the rest would be generated when it is activated.

I think they sent out a blanket email...many people that have the watch, including me, received that email. They are a bit disorganized.I wouldn't take that to mean anything...

I'm in the same boat as some of you ...estimated shipping date of April 1, 2016. My concern is that when I called Prizelogic they indicated that for some people the system didn't update shipping information, and the watches just showed up at their door. So, I guess it is possible that the watches were delivered to the wrong address, and whomever just kept them. I know it sounds far fetched, but after the way the whole promo was handled, I could believe anything...lol

Same here! And about an hour later, it showed my email was not associated with any promotion. It's back to what it was before, same status it's been for the past few weeks. Approved, preparing for shipment, shipment date pending. And if anyone else gets my watch, it would be pretty easy to spot being worn by a cow, since I live in Cow-Ville!

Did anyone get the recent submission approved email with the may/summer ship estimate and ALSO get the email about not qualifying for the S2 and getting VR instead? I did not get this latest email but got the former. I'm trying to figure out the reasoning.

Their database must have crashed yesterday and they needed to halt all shipments to review what had actually shipped and what hadn't. After the reset my S2 still says approved with shipping date pending (I never had an actual date show on their website but did have a FedEx label created Apr 2), but now the older Samsung Pay promo for the wireless charger says pending review even though received that a long time ago.

LOL..you would think so...I submitted mine on March 7 or 8, and it has been sitting with the estimated ship date of April 1, 2016 for close to 3 weeks...yet people that submitted quite a bit later than that already have their watch...which, I'm glad those people got theirs, but it seems there is no system in place for shipping...

Received my S2 on April 5th and live in Northern Virginia. I submitted my claim form on 3/8.
