Get Message another app is using the microphone

I'd like to make a recoding but when I activate that app I get the message that another app is using the microphone. No idea which app or how to stop that. Any suggestions? I have a Samsung A51.

Mine looks like yours but it shows 0 apps used microphone permissions.

Try going into settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>reset app preferences

On that screen that mustang7757 shared, are you tapping the Permission Manager to see a full list of all permissions, or are you saying the Microphone Access toggle switch is turned off?

Is that the Audio Recorder app that it's giving you problems? Could you take a screenshot of its info page? It doesn't look like the stock app included in most Samsung devices.

I think this is Recorder app installed in recent Samsung devices.
