Get out of ultra power saving mode without touch screen Galaxy s6

[AC Question]

I broke my phone and it was on ultra power save the screen display everything but touch is not working at all.

I mainly need to extract my files from the device but I cant do much on ultra power saver mode and on you can't really do much on recovery mode with s6 as it doesn't have an SD card slot so you can't mount with your pc.

Kindly advice I have both windows and Mac laptops
