Get Webos Multitasking Style On Evo

Check out the app ITCHING THUMB! it allows you to switch between apps like Webos but if you slide the card up it closes the app just like Webos!

This actually works pretty well. I am surprised more people have not been turned onto this.

It does not need to replace sense- it can work nicely in conjunction.

Not bad. It can be used just as a task switcher or closer. You enable this by setting it as your default launcher but it doesn't become your default launcher. All that will do is enable double tap of the home button to launch the switcher. In the switcher, you can slide sideway to see all open app or program and select to go to that program or swipe up to close it. If you want to go back to home screen of your regular launcher (sense, awd, or LP) just hit the home button once. You can still do the tap and hold home button to launch recent app screen. Pretty neat program. The only bug I'm seeing is some images of the running programs are blurry.

Great! Works great with Launcher Pro on my Evo. Would like to be able launch it with long press of search button. Then it would easily replace Quickdesk.

That is true. However double tap isnt so bad. I use LP as well and its great with it. Did you notice some card images are blurry?

Yea, a little blurry, but that's not a deal breaker. Im sure it will improve with more updates.

This is pretty nice. Not only does it have a webOS style card system, but also a scrollable dock (a la LauncherPro). I likely won't keep it, as it seems just as easy to long-press the home button, but kudos to the dev.

It's not a matter of staying with or leaving WebOS, it's about functionality. I preferred how WebOS handled multitasking vs. Android, but I think Androind is a far superior mobile OS with far superior HW support. So what's wrong with implementing a good feature on a better OS?

Found 2 more bugs. It shows a card of an incoming call I had earlier. I click on it and it take me back to my home screen. I swiped up and it closed. Also sometimes when I swipe up to close it opens up my gallery options.
