Getting a blank notification on my lockscreen that lasts a couple seconds [Pic inside]

Every time I turn on my HTC One, there's a blank white notification box that lasts for some time, then just goes away. It's happened so many times, and it's getting kinda annoying now. Does anyone know what's causing this?

My guess would be that you have a bad app which is generating the notifications. I cannot come up with a way to determine which app that might be however.

Have you tried rebooting?
