Getting a new error message on start up

So, this message pops up twice upon boot up. It's new, and u have no clue what it means. I'm not rooted.

Will the error persist if you boot into safe mode?

To boot into safe mode:
Hold the power button down
Tap and hold Power Off until you are presented with the option to Reboot to safe mode
