When are we gonna stop calling these things phoneS? What theyre capable of now were just a pipedream a few years ago. I mean you have a full desktop web browser on the darn thing.

Yeah I thought that myself today as well. I would say I refer to my phone as my "mobile device"(yes even in normal conversation with others lol) just as much as I call it a phone these days. I think I'll quit calling it a phone for good starting today

Pretty soon, the term Smartphones won't even accurately describe them.

@OP - Good point! I guess I just got so used to this being a nice forum I forgot how bad some of my old ones were >.<

And yes, I still call my phone my "phone" because if I don't my non tech friends wont know what I'm talking about. But it really is my mobile computing/internet device. =)

While we all wait for the Thunderbolt to become available, I just wanted to point out that based on these threads over the past few weeks, it looks like we're going to have a great community here with this phone. So far everybody has been really awesome, and even through disagreements it's remained civil and polite. I'm really excited to be here for the beginning with you guys.
