Getting the status of voice typing switch in android programmatically

[Android Central Question]

In my application, I want to programmatically determine whether voice typing at the global level is enabled or not. I can access this through
Settings->System->Language & input->Virtual keyboard->Gboard->**Voice typing** on android phone.
I am looking for the right android api to know **voice to text** is enabled or not in the android device programatically.
