I like new tech as much as the next guy but why is everyone waiting on this like they are? What gingerbread features are you so excited about? I must be missing something.

I'm hopeful there will be a reception fix among other improvements and enhancements.

I just received a software update prompt when I turned my phone on. I dragged the top menu bar down and clicked the button. It's still checking for an update. This has been going on for about 5 minutes.
