Gingerbread OTA

When the OTA for Gingerbread comes out ... anyone know if the new version of Sense will get pushed down? The videos for the new HTC Sensation (formerly Pyramid) look really nice.

I think that all depends on Verizon since we got a crippled version of sense 2.0 on the T-bolt.

How is it crippled? I'm new to android but like it and sense so far. What am I missing out on?

Also has anyone seen a sense 2.0 device with gingerbread? I've only seen gingerbread on 2.5. It'd be a lot harder for them to port 2.0 to gingerbread than it would be to port 2.5 to the thunderbolt. Just food for thought.

Originally i thought sense 3.0 was for 3d devices only. Now that i see it isn't, im pretty confident that's what will we have. They couldn't let the TB launch with sense 3.0 because then it would steal excitement from other phones. They will launch the evo 3d and sensation then hit us with an ota after. I just know it.

Anything is possible, but I can't read the future... much of this will depend on what VZW wants to do and what they say will happen.

I sure do hope we get Sense 3.0 with the Gingerbread update for the TBolt. I would love to have the ability to choose those lockscreens!

Im really confident we will get it. The TB has only been out for a few weeks. How could they cause such a stir over the TB then release new software not compatible with it. Making it out of date in less than a month. I trust HTC more than that lmao

I cant wait for GB...I put the leak on my DX right before I sold it to get the Bolt and I loved it.
