Can someone please answer my ? about the SD being mounted or not. Also every time I turn on Debugging it disappears as a drive on my notebook. any suggestions.

I am a bit confused here.
I have all the programs and drivers in the instructions
I rebooted, and it is on my phone's main screen
Then I ran gingersnap.exe and it says "The ginger's soul has been stolen" and it tells me my phone is going to reboot, but nothing happens.
What am i doing wrong? Thank you

You either have driver issues or you just need to try again. How long did it take to "finish"? Also, are you sure your phone is in USB debugging mode?
For the drivers, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate and I installed the drivers using the LG Update Tool.
I am in usb debugging mode
When it "finishes" i just run gingersnap.exe, click GO and it takes a few seconds.

If it takes less than 10 seconds for Gingersnap to finish then you likely need to reinstall the Optimus S (LS670) drivers.
We need a little insight as to how gingersnap works we already modified the dir but would like a little more insight. We are trying to get it to work with the samsung prevail. If you can visit fossnet.info #prevail that would be great.
