What do you mean? There is only one Android Market.
Are all my apps that I bought for gingerbread be transferable to the nexus? I heard that there was something different with the market on the nexus am I wrong?

Honestly, I don't think I could ever own a non-Nexus phone, from here on out (so I'm praying Verizon gets another one; either that, or Motorola starts making stock Android phones once Google takes over)..
Some apps have not yet been optimized for ICS, like Swype, but other than those, yes.Are all my apps that I bought for gingerbread be transferable to the nexus?

Two words: No Sense.
I just went through a bunch of threads and see that this phone has some issues that bothers me (reboots on incoming calls, getting stuck on 1x and poor speaker volume) I'm thinking my better choice may be the rezound, due to ICS is just so new and I don't need issues like this. Nexus does look like nice eye candy, but the I'm more leaning to the rezound for now.
You can flash custom ROMs and give apps root access so that they have more functionality, for instance like with Volume+, if you give it root access it has in-call volume adjustment capabilities. What are the benefits of rooting?
I'm a newb at rooting and I just followed the guides that are stickies at the top of the GNex rooting forum and was able to do it without a problem. How hard is it to root it?

I've always had HTC phones and like them, well until the thunderdud and would like to try the nexus, but have concerns on ICS and battery life. Is there anyone here who came from a HTC phone and could help me compare the two (rezound and nexus)?
The commands are pretty simple to run. If that's sketchy for you there are two awesome tool kits out for it and are extremely simple to use.
