Gmail and Play store not working after 7.0 download

I have an HTC 10 and I downloaded 7.0 earlier today and since my download Gmail and Playstore have stopped working. Any ideas as to why?

When I've had issues like that "Google Play Services" needs to be updated.

How do I do that? Is there a website I can access it from?

First try booting into the bootloader and wiping the cache. That's always the first thing I do when I encounter glitches, especially after an OS update.
