Gmail does not sync and the internet says go back there is a security issue.

I had my s3 data usage set and I hit the mobile data limit . Now I cannot get the emails to sync or get into the internet without a go back message. What can I do to get things to work again?

Hi, if you have set a limit for data then you won't be able to use the internet until you reduce your data. Have you tried connecting to WiFi?
