gmail problem in ICS

anyone else experiencing gmail not getting new emails unless you do a manual refresh in ICS?
Been happening to me on my razr, I get the email on my xoom just fine, and its running ICS, but to get it on my razr I have to manual refesh it

Had the same issue. Fixed it by going into settings, then account and sync and enable sync for Gmail.

thanks, the ICS update must have turned that off
