gmail update

Um so I got the new update now how the hell do I set it up so I can delete.. I tried looking but couldn't find anything at all as how to do this.

It uses the option you have selected in your inbox. Settings>general settings>Swiping conversation list

I tried that setting it doesn't work like that..


nevermind.. I got it to work.. yay.. that was going to drive me absolutely bonkers..

Now I wish we could delete trash right from the trash can instead of having to log into a web browser on our phones or on a computer to do it..

Lol.. you know.. that would be a better option. . Mark as read instead of opening gmail. I still want to be able to delete my mail from my trash can..

I think the feature is wicked neat but it decided to stop working for me after half a day. I even deleted and reinstalled gmail to no avail. I checked my version and its up to date. Boo.
