Gmail Virus

I'm just posting this to see if anyone else is having similar issues of recent. I'm a fairly security cautious person and wouldn't do anything to let me email accounts be compromised. But today; for whatever reason, something sent a bunch of spam email from my phone. I did a lookout scan from my phone and nothing came up. I am almost certain its coming from my phone as it is in the sent phone on my phone but not on my computer or anywhere else.

on the 11th my gmail was also hit, cpu shows 11 emails sent to people that some I had sent emails to 3+ years ago and was forced to reset pass last night to unfreeze gmail for suspicious activity. I only use gmail as last resort and now to sync contacts so think it came from phone as well

I got the usual 4-5 spam email. But not 30-40 spam messages.

My gmail has been acting funky lately too... My emails are being deleted from my inbox for some reason or they are getting filtered out somewhere...

Did you happen to respond to any ads on Craig's List? This happen to me after trying to send a email about a job I found on Craigs List. It started sending spam to everyone in my address book.

maybe you guys can post a list of the apps you've been using recently?

I have 2 gmail accounts, I'm worried about this. The last issue I had with my gmail sending spam was when I was on my last Blackberry (which I sold, incidentally, yesterday).
