I'm on the same version of N from the AT&T test servers. I did the same exact thing on my S6 Active going to M and i received every OTA update after.

Why would AT&T prevent someone from getting the OTA if they are on a test build?

Being a newbie and scary at sideloading stuff like this, i just went by what i read. I should have just left it alone.
