Goes to docking mode on its own

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy S3 goes to docking mode on its own weather I am using or not. Have talk to Samsung tech and no help. Bill Shephard

This may or may not help, but I would try rebooting into recovery and clear the system cache.
