What is Edge Lighting +, Edge Touch and Sound Assistant?

About sound assistant. I don't know what touch edge is.

Did you go into the edge lighting settings and choose what apps you want ? I only have mine set for messages. It automatically sets it for calls when you turn it on. the lighting for calls only seems to work when I have the phone face down, but with my messages it works face up. View attachment 291363

The phone comes with some pre-installed edge lighting choices. The plus version on the app store gives you access to some premium edge choices that look pretty dope.

Signs assistant gives you instant access to your signs settings and equalizer for a set number of seconds after you change the volume on your phone. I like it because I tend to move between the internal speakers and 2 very different headphones on a regular basis.

Edge Touch allows the user to set a "dead zone" assuring the edges of the screen to stop accidental screen touches while holding the phone. I don't have this issue so much on my N9, but wish I had installed this on my N8. I was constantly touching the screen while using my e-reader.

That's weird. At first I thought mine wasn't working because when my phone screen was off it never showed up, but once I set it to always it started working. Sorry I couldn't help you .

I downloaded it but it was Goodlock 2018, totally took over my phone and i couldn't work anything, had to uninstall. is that the one?

Did you download it from the Google Play store or the Galaxy App store? I first installed the one from the Google Play store, and it's a fake app, using Samsung's app name. Realized that when I couldn't find anything everyone else was talking about, lol. Uninstalled & got the correct app from Samsung.
