Google Assistant with Google keep

All right, so I'm trying to get Google keep to work with my Google Assistant with the new integration as of today, but whenever I verbally save a new note, it's not in my Google keep application.

According to the article you have to set Google Keep in the settings of Assistant but I don't even see the setting. Probably an update needs to happen first.

Yeah exactly, that's what I was getting to. I don't see it in Google Assistant settings within the Google application. Maybe wait for the future of updates.

Interesting. I would definitely use this service. I use Keep for my notes.

I was actually reading at 9:00 to 5:00 Google article that said that if you don't see the setting in Google application yet, it will come in a couple of days or so.

I have done some updates to apps and still nothing so must be a server side switch

yeah, I know. I just did a Google application update in my play store. Still nothing in the settings menu. I'm just waiting anxiously just like that dark mode! Lol

Well, I'm happy to report that the Google application on our phone just got updated!

I also just noticed that the Notes option is now available in my Assistant settings. No app updates of any kind on my phone....which proves that it was a server side update, as previously reported. It's nice to have Assistant sync with Google Keep again, the way it was when I first bought my Google Home.

My Google application in my play store went through an update so that could have been the reason why. But yeah it's all server side updates.
