Google assistant

Decided to check just now, said OK Google, and the message popped up that I now have Google Assisstant. Tried it out and it really works great.

Still waiting. The irony is that I'm not even sure how much I will use it, but the geek in me really wants to try it out. Lol

I checked this morning and it was there. I'm in Southern California on Verizon.

My loaner G5 even has it now .. But I am told that is due to my account already being associated with Assistant via my Pixel XL .

It's by your Google account. Just means your account hasn't been activated yet. I have 3 accounts on my V20 and 2 of them have been activated but my main account still isn't.

Same here. I just noticed my personal account that I use most of the time is not active and my work account does have it when holding home. Wonder when the other gets updated?

Thanks! I kept tapping the Home button, and nothing would happen, lol. But when I long pressed the Home button, Google Assistant came right up!
