Google bookmarks sync on stock web browser removed in KitKat?

I cannot seem to get the stock browser to sync my Chrome bookmarks. If this is a feature removal due to the KitKat update, it is a highly irritating one. If someone else can confirm this on their phone, it would be great.

I don't understand what's going on either. Admittedly I didn't use the stock browser before, but I checked mine out and it only has half of my bookmarks with no sign that the other half might show up any time soon....

Anyone have any info on this? Really bugs me, I used that feature a lot. Looking at other browsers now, but really like the clean look and the swipe feature in stock...=/

Did anyone find a solution fir this issue? I would like to use the std browser on my note 4 for its integration with the s pen but need to import /sync chrome bookmarks.
