Google calander App sync problems

Hi,
Hope someone can help.
I have the google calendar app on my phon and google calendar on my computer.
When I first set both up I had no problems sycing both ways.
A couple of weeks ago the sycning stopped from my phone to the computer but not from the computer to the phone.
I have tried every trouble shooting thing I could find with no good results. I have found out that for some reason my phone can not connect to the google server.
I know this because if I try to set up another google Gmail account I get an error message that says just that. try again later. I've tried countless times with the same error meassage.
If anyone could figure this out for me I'd be very thankful!!

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account]. Is Calendar checked? Does it say when it was last successfully synced? Is there a sync error shown? Try unchecking it, then checking it again, and see if the sync succeeds.

Also, when you're entering new events into Google Calendar on your phone, are you sure you're associating the event with your Google account, or could it be going to the Phone account (which doesn't sync with Google)?
