Google calendar time zone problem.

I have synced my Google calendar with my s3. These include subscribed calendars of my favorite soccer teams. The problem i have is the timezone showing for certain calendars is different or incorrect when I view them on the phone. On settings the timezone is also set correctly.

Anybody have any ideas on how to correct this?

I have a similar and rather annoying problem with my Galaxy S4. My time zone is set to GMT+2 but all the events I put in my calendar default to Beijing time zone GMT+8. So I always have the wrong time set for all the events I enter on the calendar. I never experienced a similar problem when I was still using my iPhone4. This particular problem is driving me crazy. Can someone help please?

I use "aCalendar" now and no such issues. I used s planner before and had sync issues.

What Calendar app are you using? For example, Google calendar has a setting (Menu Button -> Settings -> General settings -> Use home time zone) that could cause this problem if set incorrectly.
