Google Calendar???

ok so my online google calendar is just syncing to the calender that's on the phone, well... what do I know?!

so I'll have to try it too if they find it for you!

lol. yeah. dont get me wrong, all the other calendars mentioned are good calendar apps. this is just a preferance thing for me.

I use Pure Calendar with Google Calendar. Syncs and works great.

I was having trouble syncing my Fascinate with my online Google Calendars. I could sync contacts/picasa/gmail, but NOT my calendars. I kept getting this msg "Sync is currently experiencing problems. It will be back shortly." It had been over a month since my last successful sync (exactly what does Google consider "shortly?")!!!! I tried contacting Google (basically impossible as no true contact is listed, other than forums, and no one else seemed to be having the same problem). Verizon was no help either. Then I found this thread. I downloaded/installed Pure Calendar and miracle of miracles I can now sync with my online Google Calendars without ANY problem.

I had the same problem for a couple months with the Fassy... never a problem on any other Droid or any other sync client, just this particular phone.

I ended up having to clear my entire calendar (export to iCal format first!) then re-sync to the phone with it empty, then re-import my events. That finally cleared it up, but we are far from the only two folks that have had issues with the SF not liking to sync with gCal.

I tired Jorte, Pure Cal, etc... nothing would work for me while my cal sync conduit was jacked. Just freezing/hanging on sync, lots of gapps errors and FC's.
