Google Drive not updating automatically, only manually

If any change (new files, deleted files, renames) is made on another device (PC), that change is not reflected on my phone, even days later. I have to refresh the window manually (pull down swipe). Obviously not a big deal but I have to remember that I made a change and to refresh manually.

On the phone, so to Settings>Accounts, select your Google account, then make sure the sync toggle for Drive is turned on.
