Google Drive super lag with Nexus 10

Is anybody else having extended hold times waiting for Google Drive documents to open from on their Nexus 10? It used to work great, but the past month or so it has been horrible. I've tried several reinstalls to no avail. It can literally take minutes to open a document. Drive works much better on my Note 2 for some reason.

I was using mine last night with no issues...downloaded and uploaded files.

I have experienced what you describe the document does not load. I have never waited 2 minutes, I usually just try reopening it if it does not happen right away. Definitely an issue.

I have noticed if I have a doc open on another device (I.e. my computer) somewhere, it can take a long time to open or won't open at all.

Yes you are all right in the lag unfortunately this will get worse. There are numerous third party ads that are trying to supply there code via android open system.
The Nexus 10 runs to open with in its kernel being Linux based. Ipad is quite happy with that although.
