google earth

Before everyone goes "search the forums before posting..." I looked over 24pages of the incredible forum and give up. I've seen this posted somewhere before but can't understand why my brothers MOTO Droidcan go to marketplace and under search, immediately pull up and install Google earth...? What's SO different about these devices that the incredible can't run that program? Especially since 2.1 is standard on the DI and an OTA for the Droid...
