Google feed not working

So my google feed isn't working at all as of a couple hours ago. Just says, "unable to reach your feed at the moment". It's definitely not my internet or phone data connection. And it seems to have changed, there's a search bar at the top of the feed and a little house icon. Was not like that earlier.
Also the at a glance weather widget literally vanished in front of my eyes and there's no option for it in home screen settings. WTF?
Anybody else experiencing this?

My feed seems to be working normally. I don't normally have that enabled but I turned it on and it worked fine.
On the other hand the weather portion of the 'At a glance' display has just disappeared, and I don't see an option to to enable it. Only the date (day/date) is shown.

I'm not sure about the search bar or house icon that you mentioned on the feed page - this is what mine looks like.

Totally bizarre. And the little house appeared next to the 3 dots in the upper right, but now it's back to the icon you have in your screenshot GsDer.

I've not noticed anything unusual about my Google feed. Here's a screen shot from a few minutes ago.

I had this happen to my feed as well and contacted Google yesterday in put in a bug report.

Hmmm... I think they're definitely doing something with Google services. I uninstalled the most recent update, then reinstalled it and my feed interface changed.

The top no longer says Google at the top, but there's a G and an area for search..

Well, as was mentioned in a different thread the 'At a glance' weather information is back on my Home screen, although there's no special setting for it on the Settings sub-menu. So who knows what's up with that.

Where do you find that At A Glance page? I've looked all over, even typing At A Glance in the settings search bar ... nothing. I only have the date, day, and time on my glance screen, no weather.
Also, I don't have a Feed ... just a blank page to the left of my home page. How do you enable that??

FYI ...I'm new to Android, having just purchased a Pixel 2 a month ago ... I came from 7 years using Windows Phones. I'm trying to learn everything I can from Android Central and the Forums.

Open your Google App, it's the one with the big multi-colored G. From there go to the hamburger menu in the lower right hand corner then find settings. Once there locate "Your Feed" and make sure that "show feed" is turned on.

@Almeult See, my usually looks the standard way, like your screenshot. It think it's just been wonky these past 24 hours. I think, all conjecture on my part, either Google had a bug with services or they're trying to roll that alternate test version out.

You can long-press any open area on your Home screen, then select the gear icon (HOME SETTINGS), then 'At A Glance'

Thank you! I followed your instructions, and my feed was already turned on. I probably screwed something up big time while setting up my phone! I really don't want to reset it, but I might have to.
