My work has switch it's email from Exchange to MobileIron and MobileIron sees my Galaxus Nexus running Cyanogenmod (Installed via CyanogenMod Installer) as compromised. I really need to revert back to the factory settings to get my phone working with my work email.

The CWM 6.0.4.3 that is running on this device doesn't seem to be able to mount the internal SD card which means that I can't install one of the factory images that Google has on their Nexus devices page (https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images?csw=1#mysid) .

I can do adb commands into the device, but I can't seem to be able push files to it. Also it's my understanding that when in recovery mode (mine is CWM 6.0.4.3) I should be able to run fastboot.exe commands, but I always get the waiting for a device message. Running the command fastboot devices shows 0 devices.

What should my next step be? Is there anything I can do in/with the ROM Manger App?

Any help here would be very much appreciated!

Hello.

First you don't need to mount the device to push any files to the device.

When using the factory images from Google all you need to do is make sure you have the Android SDK " platform tools " portion installed on your computer. Then boot the device into the bootloader and use Fastboot from your computer to push/flash the factory images.

Instructions can be found in the link below to get you back on your way to a factory stock device. Just note its outdated as far as the version of Android is concerned in this guide but the procedure remains the same.

Good luck!
