Google lead services.......how to get rid of.

S7 Edge. Android version 7.0. Kernel version 3.18.31. I use Ghostery as my browser. When trying to open a link, I periodically get redirected to 'googleleadservice'. The site never opens, which is probably a good thing. How do I get rid of the re-direct? Is this some kind of tracking virus?

I may be incorrect, but I believe that is something whomever provided the link uses for their ads and tracking. You won't be able to do anything about that.
