Google Messages RCS Help

My wife and I both recently purchased Note 10+'s on Verizon. On mine, I downloaded Google Messages and enabled RCS without issue. On hers, it will not activate and says "Chat features unavailable for this device. Your carrier does not currently support this feature.". Same phones same network on the same plan. I tried clearing app cache and system partition with no success. Any ideas why hers won't enable?

Hi, it's a rollout that eventually reach to everyone , just have have to be patient with Google rollout
