How did Verizon fix this ?I did everything you can do on your end. Problem wasn't solved until I called Verizon and got them involved.

Yeah great trade in price , congratsWell I just ordered so that means I'm going to the Fold 4. I can't turn down them giving me 900 for my 2 year old Note 20 Ultra. I've taken really good care of it. Looks new and never gave me any issues.
