It seems like there is a certain point where you really can't notice the specs. The specs are only as good as the apps that use them. I have an HTC One and I love it. I have it on power saving mode and I don't see the problem when playing a game. I'm not trashing on the Nexus 5, I've just never used it and want to get a feel. How noticeable are the specs?

Hello,

All depends on what your looking for or expecting? The device as stated with that processor, RAM and running pure bloatless Android should by all means fly.

It really is snappy, you press something and it opens, its super smooth, i also had an HTC One, well several of them lol, that was my fave device until now, but it was only my favorite device after i made it a Google Play edition, im not a fan of Sense at all, i really do think you can see the difference between the power of the 2 phones, but that also could be 4.4, or it could possibly be placebo, but ive owned lots of phones, this is my 22nd since June 1st lol, yes i did mean 22nd lol im a geek who swaps and changes all the time

coming from a Sprint G-Nex. the UI is blazing fast and butter smooth. no lag. refresh rates are INSTANT.
