Finally shipping by 11/18...

Nexus 6 ATT

So they're shipping out on the 18th. If only it wasn't so expensive I would totally buy one.

Re: Nexus 6 ATT

Is that with a traditional 2-year contract?

I'm not ordering from AT&T on contract, but yes that's correct.

You're looking for an upgrade Laura aren't you? You should give the Nexus 6 a whirl. Go out on a proverbial limb! :D

Re: Nexus 6 ATT

The att outright price is a lot for 32GB and they are going to try to charge $40 upgrade/activation fee on top. No thanks. I will wait and avoid the carrier.

Will probably be delayed.

You don't pay activation fees if you buy outright.

Re: Nexus 6 ATT

With the exception of the Iphone, I've seen Android phones sold on At&t slightly cheaper buying at full price vs. buying straight from the manufacturer. $689.99 for just the 32GB, ok. I will wait for my Play store order. I'm glad you guys were able to pre order.

I'm wondering if they will have demo units in the store today.

I'll have to play with it in a store. It might be too big for me. The Lumia 1520, iPhone 6+ and Note 4 are all too big for me.

Re: Nexus 6 ATT

AT&T Will Muddy Up Your Pristine Nexus 6 With Bloatware

Today, you'll be able to pre-order the Nexus 6, which will be one of the year's best phones. If you buy it from AT&T, it'll come with the gift of a bunch of useless and annoying bloatware.

Yesterday, SlashGear reported that if you buy the phone through your AT&T contract, you'll actually get a clean version of the phone that's running Android 5.0 in all of its stock loveliness. When you set it up, however, your phone will automatically download AT&T's suite of bloatware apps.

Gizmodo has confirmed this unfortunate fact with AT&T.

I just chatted up with att rep, he said cannot order full price without setting up service. I am on straight talk and don't want att service. :(

When I went through it earlier this morning, the taxes were $40 where I'm at, so it pushed it to about $725. They are giving you free Fedex 2 day shipping though. So even though you may pay a little more, you'll have it before Moto if you ordered it through AT&T. Shame it's the 32gb version only through AT&T

Ha well if those devices are too big for you, then this one probably is too! Although, I haven't actually held it yet. The design can help mask the size.
