Yes, but will it come with a turbo charger included, since that will be available with the Droid Turbo. I'm still deciding between these two phones, now it seems there will be an unlocked version of the Droid Turbo.

15 days from the day you receive it. You lose original shipping and handling costs and have to pay return shipping. Still going to be less than most carrier restocking fees, though.

What are the normal carrier restocking fees? Bec I'm returning the note 4 to Best buy and I'm with AT&T. Best buy never mentioned any restocking fees...

There is no restocking fee with Best Buy. I returned my Note 4 from there and got all my money back.

Verizon charges a $35 restocking fee, but I think that only applies when you buy the phone from them directly. Motorola.com does not charge restocking fees when returning phones (including Verizon phones). Not sure about Best Buy restocking fees.
