Has anyone heard anything about Amazon availability?

Amazon sold the Nexus 5 for Sprint, so maybe they'll sell the Nexus 6, too.

I order my current Nexus 5 at Amazon on May 12, 2014. Also bought from them Google Bumper Case and Aduro Shell Holster Combo Case. My Nexus 5 runs at AT&T stock, no root, Art. Never had a problem with my Nexus 5 or anything else bought at Amazon. So when the Nexus 6 arrives at Amazon, I go for it.

Posts on BGR and Yahoo mentioned that the Nexus 6 might be delayed in the U.K.

Think it'd be delayed in the U.S. also?

I found it highly plausible of a delay until they recently announced that Lollipop was a go for Nov. 3rd. U.S. is supposedly the first market it will be available so I doubt it but you never know.

I've not even seen the FCC clearance here in the states yet..... That part scares me as usually devices go on sale 3 - 4 weeks after they clear the FCC...

It cleared fcc the same day as iPhone 6

New FCC Approvals (Phone Scoop)

Interesting.... I know back in early October when the Droid Turbo went through the FCC people were wondering if THAT was the Nexus 6 but it was too small....

Lollipop is only coming out for the Nexus 9 and Nexus Player on November 3. Lollipop for phones is yet to be announced, as is the Nexus 6 release date.

I have a feeling delivery/shipments of the Nexus 6 is going to be Mid to Late November even if you order first thing on October 29........

yes my guess is shipping will be 2-4 weeks following Oct 29 pre-order.

Nexus 5 was released and ordered on a Thursday. i chose UPS 2ND DAY AIR. i didn't get it until about 5pm that Monday.

Same here.. I ordered on October 31 and I got lucky and got home just a couple of minutes before the UPS guy stopped by my house that Monday....

Thinking I might SPLURGE this year and go next day air....

It won't. It didn't for the N5 which probably will have a bigger turnout than the N6 will. But you make log on and see the dreaded Item Out of Inventory, Check Back Later. That is when I would crawl up in the fetal position and cry.

Google Nexus 6 Buy from Google or a dealer? Full price or finance?

I can buy from either Walmart and use my associate discount, from T-Mobile (my carrier) to finance the more-expensive-than-usual Nexus 6, or buy directly from Google.
